Shipping and Delivery Times
Orders are processed exclusively on weekdays, from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. The maximum processing time for each accepted and/or confirmed order is approximately 4 (four) working days from the moment the order confirmation is sent, excluding transport times to the destination. Once the order is processed, shipping is carried out through one of our partners. Delivery times depend on the destination and the selected shipping method. We will provide you with a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment. Products ordered under these conditions will be delivered to the address you provided as the delivery address on the order. The logistics partner will contact you to arrange the most convenient day for delivery to the address specified at the time of ordering.
Delivery Times
Shipping is only carried out after receiving confirmation of successful payment of the total amount due. However, please note that customs duties or tariffs may be applied depending on your destination country. These expenses are the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery is made by courier between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm from Monday to Friday. Delivery of the goods and the associated risk passes to the customer upon delivery to the address specified in the order form, at the time of signing the delivery note provided by the courier. Any visible damage to the products and/or their packaging must be reported to the courier at the time of delivery and confirmed by email to skia@fratellischiavone.com within 24 hours of delivery, along with relevant photos accurately depicting the damage.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. You can view the shipping cost during checkout before finalizing the order. We are happy to ship our products throughout Europe.
Return and Refund Policies
Dear Customer, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to contact us within 14 days of receiving the shipment and request to return the product. We accept returns within 14 days from the delivery date for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging. To receive a refund for the returned item, you must adhere to the following instructions: – Send an email to: skia@fratellischiavone.com with the order number and any other information you deem useful. In case of defects or non-compliance with the order, it will also be necessary to send a supporting photo. You will receive a response email within a few days informing you whether the return will be accepted and, if so, instructions on how to return the item. – All items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags intact and the original packaging intact. Please note, the product must never have been used, not even for testing. Returns will not be accepted for used or damaged products. Also, remember never to return a product without first receiving approval via email from SKIA.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part, not corresponding to what was ordered.
Refund
Once the return has been received and verified, we will proceed with refunding the cost of the item to your original payment method, minus the expenses incurred for shipping. If you have found defects in the purchased item or discrepancies from the order placed, you have 14 days to contact us and arrange for an exchange or, where not possible, a return. Please note: Our products are handmade, small imperfections should not be attributed to a manufacturing defect but rather to the uniqueness and craftsmanship of the product, hence its uniqueness and value; a piece will never be absolutely identical to another. These anomalies are part of the characteristics of our unique products and cannot be a valid reason for a return.
