An Inspired Geometric Synthesis
The Mini Tab Tray is a combination of creativity, playful simplicity, and a call to careful craftsmanship applied to a timeless object: a serving tray and a container to welcome.
A compact rectangle, composed of a base in wood fiber, available in yellow ochre, brick red, and forest green, on which four natural beech slats are superimposed to perfectly create the edge of the tray. Inside, the fifth slat divides the surface into two rectangles, in a geometric synthesis that captures not only the eye. The fresh stylistic code of the Mini Tab Tray refers to the imagination of putting pieces together to compose a whole.
The synthesis is a treasure chest that contains fun, practicality, value, and the know-how of our expert artisans who work wood with care and passion: to paraphrase Munari, “From what comes what” (nothing more true).
Mini Tab Tray adapts to any environment: on the table to serve appetizers and sauces, as an organizer on the desk, adding a touch of rational yet inspired design, either individually or combined in sets with other Mini Trays or pieces from the SKIA Tab Collection.
This project was born from our passion for wood and sustainability, and the desire to bring to the table complements made in a responsible way. The Mini Tab Tray is part of the Skia Collection for Tabisca Gallery, unique collection created with the aim of giving new life to pieces of wood that would otherwise be discarded. Each piece has been transformed and handcrafted, following a virtuous production cycle, with the aim of creating a collection that truly respects nature.
